Yesterday, it was reported by TechCrunch, as well as the NewYork Times, that President Nicolas Sarkozy of France has signed a deal with Music and Film industry along with French ISPs to ban internet users who download stuff from P2P.
French internet users will face a three strikes and you’re out policy, according to the NY Times. Users will receive a warning for each illegal download before losing their service on the third infringement.
